cygwin

• HOME ディレクトリを設定(レジストリ）
• cygwinのディレクトリ丸ごとコピーして、setup.exeを実行
• mkdir /mnt
• mount --change-cygdrive-prefix /mnt -b

Vim

• iconv.dll & msvcr71.dll を落とす。
• gVimインストール
• dllを同ディレクトリにつっこむ

ちんこぱっど

• 各種ドライバファイルを解凍(自己解凍形式)
• DRIVERSに入ってるのでそこからセットアップとか実行

その他

• C270LCH.exeをレジストリから削除(USB音源のリモコン用常駐プログラム)
